What to Expect
We welcome you to our warm, friendly and down-to-earth practice where we treat our patients like family.
Your First Visit
To save time, we encourage you to download your paperwork and bring in the completed forms with you along with your photo ID and insurance card. Please come wearing clothes that are easy to move in. For parts of the examination and X-rays, we will provide a gown. Also, please bring any recent X-rays or scans that you may have.
Once you arrive, we’ll welcome you and help you get checked in. Then, we’ll escort you to have digital spinal and foot exams done before you meet Dr. Aaron. He will evaluate you based on your specific case. If X-rays are needed, we have a digital X-ray system at the Burlington location.
Some patients will receive gentle therapy on the spinal traction table and depending on your unique case, you may or may not be adjusted on this visit. You can expect this visit to last around 30-40 minutes.
Your Second Visit
If you have chronic pain or an injury, on this visit we’ll report our findings from your examination, reviewing your spinal and foot scans, and X-rays. We’ll review your results in detail and determine the best course of care. If you’re ready, we can begin care.
You can expect this visit to last around 20-30 minutes.
Regular Visits
With our paperless office, you can electronically sign in and go back for therapy on the spinal traction table. Then you’ll receive your adjustment and get back to your day in around 15 minutes.
New Patient FAQ
Question: Do you accept my insurance?
Answer: We are primary providers for most insurance companies, and can find out within minutes if you are covered for chiropractic care as most insurances do have chiropractic coverage.
Question: Can you help me?
Answer: We take pride in being able to offer relief care and wellness care to the majority of our patients. If we feel at any time that we are unable to further assist you, we will make sure that we get you to where you need to be to get proper care.
Question: How long is it going to take?
Answer: Typically the longer you’ve had a condition, the longer it takes to fix. You should, however, start noticing changes within the first 3-5 visits.
